Serious question to christians...?

If god has a divine plan for everybody, does he plan for babies to get aborted? So the Doctor and mother are blame less. If a serial killer kills a bunch of people is it gods plan, and if so shouldnt we praise the killer for doing gods work? And why do you pray? god has already decided your faith beforehand? If you have cancer theres no reason to pray because god already decided when your gonna die. because he already knows your going to pray so why would that change the outcome

Suspending my license?

First off, I will say that I am willing to accept responsibility for some poor decisions I made. But I got a letter today summoning me for a hearing in which my license may get suspended. The rundown: 2 speeding tickets, a reckless driving, and a "failure to stay in a single lane". The speeding tickets are totally my fault. The reckless driving ticket I got for a terrible accident I got in in which I swerved off the road to avoid hitting other drivers. I was praised by the other drivers and by the judge I faced in court for it for taking all the impact myself. The failure to stay in a single lane one, the cop thought I was drunk and when he found I wasnt, he gave me this ticket which I thought was a bit unfair because I wasnt drunk and he was quite unpleasant about it. He even said "I think your drunk, but I'm gonna let you go with this.".......So by his account he essentially let me back on the highway when I was "drunk". Anyway...I have a few questions. 1, is there anyway I can keep my license considering the circumstances with my wreck and the swerving incidents? 2, how long do they typically suspend your license for? And 3, I recently turned 21 a month after my last speeding ticket....does this effect my point standing? I have heard it "resets" after a certain age but Im not sure on it. I live in Colorado if that means anything. Thanks for any help anyone can give me. And please no rude responses.

Why does my 7 year old say she hates herself?

My 7 year old daughter frequently says she hates herself and also says she doesn't care if she dies. She is a single child and is with me (and my fiance) during the week and with her dad and step-mom on the weekends. I feel she gets plenty of attention from everyone no matter whom she is with so I don't think she is saying this for attention. I am worried this could be early signs of depression. Her teacher this past year did notice she has a low self-esteem and I have been trying to praise her more often. It's almost like she does things she knows she shouldn't do (like toss the cat or throw toys in the house) but then says she is 'so very sorry' and is extremely hard on herself after wards. She has even put herself in time out a number of times over little things.... we don't even use time out at my house. She is a very emotional child (always has been) and I have tried sitting down and asking her if something is bothering her when she gets upset but she always says she doesn't know. Any advice on how to handle this? I have already talked to her pediatrician but that didn't get my anywhere. She has been seeing a counselor (monthly) since December but it doesn't seem to be helping much
