Does my teacher fancy me?

Basically, I'm 15(Scotland), I have this teacher who I get on great with, I could tell him anything. I have always wondered if he has a crush on me or if I'm just his favourite pupil. I am 15 and he is 38. He always sings a song with my name in it to me, he sometimes puts his hands on my shoulder when talking to me, he pulled my hair the other day when he was walking by, he always winks at me, he treats me different from the other pupils, if I forget my homework he let's me away with it but screams at anyone else. Whenever he talks to me he comes very close to my face. He just casually chats to me during lessons and the other day I was chatting and he clearly knew it was me and he sent the boy who sits across from me outside and then started shouting at him and said he shouldn't distract me because he has worked hard with me for 18 months. He also always cracks jokes when I'm around and winks at me when I laugh. At parents night he praised me and he said he would love 30 of me in his class and that we have a great relationship and all this. I just wanna know if he is flirting/I'm his favourite pupil/he has a crush on me. I would NEVER act on this because I would know the consequences for both of us, I'm just wondering, thanks :).
