I just need to get all this off me chest. Can anyone help?

While I don't know what advice to give, it's comforting to know that you're not alone. I'm in the same Boat and I am scared sh-tless of life now. Hang in there, it got betterfor my friend, so it will get better eventually. Not alone :)
