If you're a true nihilist, could you embrace incest?

We all know the Oedipus mother attraction yada yada. So it's possible to be attracted to your mother right? Pamela Anderson is a mother XP. I don't know how this works. Or would the nihilist's sense of disgust override it? I'm just saying because incest is considered more of a social taboo than something inherently unnatural. Animals do it.
