What would Aristotle say about this unjust act, was it voluntary or involuntary?

Oedipus killed an old man at a crossroads. The old man turned out to be his father--though he did not know this, and had no way of knowing. Would Aristotle say that Oedipus killed his father voluntarily? Would Aristotle says that Oedipus killed the old man voluntarily?
